26B Ledger Agent - Error: Access to Ledger Agent requires technology components managed by Oracle

Summary:

We are on 26B and have provisioned the roles as needed but getting this error now? Why do we get this error if we are on 26B as I thought the agent was rolled out in 26B? What else is needed to be enabled?

Access to Ledger Agent requires technology components managed by Oracle. Please log a service request with Oracle Support to enable these components and list the agent(s) you want to configure in the SR Title field
