Unable to add more than 1 business identifier

in Integration

I currently have 1 businnes identifiers to my integration added and is currently running my integration is a scheduled integration with schedule parameters now i have deactivated and trying to add 2 more identifiers, but it is not allowing or showing to add identifiers is this a bug? i am able to do so in new integrations
