Request for UI Label vs DB Object Mapping in HCM

Customer is looking for a supported way to identify HCM UI Labels along with their corresponding backend DB objects/tables/columns or subject area mappings.

The current requirement is focused on the Core HR module, specifically and
The goal is to use the same approach across other HCM modules as well.

Customer would like to know if Oracle provides:

• Any centralized repository/metadata mapping
• Any API
• Any supported procedure/process to retrieve UI Label vs DB Object mapping

Could anyone please suggest if there is any Oracle-supported approach available for this requirement?
