Can you edit candidate interview feedback once submitted?

Summary:

Hiring Team/respondents have been asked to provide feedback after interviewing a candidate. Is completed and submitted but Recruiter may require an edit or clarification. Can it be sent back to the respondent to clarify or correct?

Understand Recruiter should not be able to edit, but is this an option?

Seems it can be done under Talent (Performance) for an existing employee, so similar requirement but for a candidate.
