How to configure multiple rates for the same item in Fusion OM, Pricing?

Summary:

Hi!
I am working on Oracle Fusion Order Management-Pricing and need guidance on handling multiple pricing rates for the same item. I have successfully configured customer-specific pricing using Price Adjustment Matrix under the charge definition. This is allowing me to override prices based on different customers.

But for a single item, I also need to maintain different rates based on service type, such as:
Rate for Service A (eg full deep cleanup)
Rate for Service B (eg partial cleanup and limited maintenance)
Both rates apply to the same item but depend on the type of service being billed.

I am unsure how to differentiate these rates in Pricing.
