How to make the Ai Agent work?

Im a new user to Oracle trying to build and test an ai agent, whatever I try it shows an error message that states "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk." Im not sure on how to get this fixed, I even tried on users that have access on every role possible and it is still not working. I'm on the 26B Release too!!
