Need to hide the offering feature

We have created the custom role. where we have added recruiter administrator role and below privilege.

ASM_SETUP_AND_MAINTENANCE_PRIV - Setup and Maintain Applications

and client only want recruiting offering.

How we can hide or which Privilege need to remove.

I have copied the seeded recruiting admin role.
