Resource Object Import Access Required for User Without Sales Administrator Role

Summary:

As a result, assigning the Sales Administrator role ORA_ZBS_SALES_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB grants broader access than required, including access to CRM transactional data and Analytics. Our requirement is to provide only the administrative capabilities needed for Resource imports while restricting CRM data and Analytics access.

Current Impact:

• Resource object import access cannot be granted independently of the Sales Administrator role.
• Users assigned the role receive additional CRM and Analytics access that is not required.
• This limitation is impacting our role design and security compliance requirements.
