How to add users to a user group on support.oracle.com

Summary:

I am trying to make a new user populate in the Add Contact dropdown within SRs in Oracle.

The users in this dropdown are derived from a user group we have which is appearing out in support.oracle.com under Administration > User Groups.

We had a user signup at support.oracle.com/signin/ , however they are appearing in User Group Name 12345678 with user group id UG-1000123456 for tenancy a123456 . We want them to appear in User GroupName 12345678 with user group id UG-1000789012 for tenancy cabcdefgh (These are all dummy values).
