Records erroring out while uploading the csv file in Lookup code.

I am trying to bulk upload lookup codes using a pipe-delimited csv file in UTF-8 format (without BOM). However, a few records containing commas within the data are failing during the upload.

Since the file uses a pipe (|) as the delimiter, I would not expect commas in the data causing any issue. i also tried enclosing the affected values in double quotes, but that did not resolve the issue.

I am not sure why these specific records are failing. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any insights, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
