Calculate Best Direct cost is not honoring Date Emphasis Constraints

Summary:

We received an order from Source where Date Emphasis is set to BOTH, and the order dates are in the future.

OTM is connected with the SCM Rating Engine. We observed the following behavior:

For the Calculate Best Direct Cost action, the pickup date sent to SCM is the current date. The configured Date Emphasis and order dates do not appear to be honored.

For the Show Routing Options action, the order dates and Date Emphasis are honored as expected.

Could you please check and let us know whether any settings need to be updated to ensure that the
