Lease Accounting for Multiple Business Units and a need for having multiple Item Master Org

Summary:

Implementing ERP and Procurement and the high level enterprise structure is One Ledger - Multiple Legal Entities -Multiple Business Units. With Lease Accounting, we found that there is a need to map unique ITEM MASTER ORGANIZATIONS in the Lease Configuration. But this can be problem in the Procurement and SCM design. To the best of my knowledge, there is no business case to maintain multiple ITEM MASTER ORGANIZATIONS. Hence, trying to check with the experts on the same
