Workforce Structure - Department submit button

Summary:

Having issues submitting on the Workforce Structures - Department (redwood) page when trying to update details within the department. After updating details on the page, and clicking the submit button, it stalls and never come to the page that lets you know your work has been saved/submitted. The cancel and submit buttons remain available even after I have clicked submit.

Have anyone come across this issue, and if so, what did you do to resolve it?
