Will HCM Transactions submitted by AI agents follow Existing Approval rules

Summary:

We are trying to implement AI agent for HR and Employee transactions such as add absence, Add Goal and change salary using Employee and Manager agents. These transactions getting auto approved. How can we configure these transactions to follow the existing approval rule thats configured in Transaction rules? Do we have any documentation around it ?
