How can I customize the watermark in the Contract Preview template (RTF) in Oracle Fusion Cloud?

In Oracle Fusion Cloud Contracts, the Contract Preview document is generated using an RTF (BI Publisher) template. By default, a watermark (such as “Canceled”) appears on the preview document.

However, there is no clear option or standard documentation explaining how to customize this watermark. The requirement is to:

  • Modify the watermark when the contract is Canceled Its appear as Canceled.

Currently, it is unclear whether this watermark is:

  • Managed directly within the RTF template, or
  • Controlled by application-level configuration in Oracle Fusion Contracts

Due to this lack of clarity, customization of the watermark in the contract preview is challenging.
