REST API for finding the common lookup by passing lookup code is failing with 403 forbidden issue.

I am trying to get the employee details using a Rest API mentioned below, but getting the error as '403 Forbidden'. Please help me out in resolving this. I have mentioned the API and error below, and also attached a screenshot. My user is having the AIC, IT security manager, Custom Integration Specialists role along with Human Resource Manager and Specialist and HCM Integration Specialists role. Employee record is created for my user.

Response: 403 Forbidden
