In dynamic skills, can the rating model display values where 1 is the highest level and 5 the lowest

Summary:

A customer has asked if the proficieny rating model for dynamic skills can have the lowest value (1) as the more proficient (label - expert) with the highest value (5) the beginner label - culturally this way round works better for employee adoption.

This is achieveable in the application, but I have also seen in the guidance that skills should 'use an N-level rating model as long as it has numerically increasing level values' - while the numerically decreasing level values seems possible here - are there any uninteded consequences that we should consider?

Thank you.
