how can we configure oncall request for the employee in hcm..what would be the process

in Human Capital Management

Business Requirement -

Once the employee submits the Oncall Request, it goes for approval. Once it is approved, it will be stored in system and an element will be created against each over time request which will be processed in the payroll.

how can we achieve this scenario in oracle fusion SAAS .
