Can we create element entry for the overtime request for the employee

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

We have business requirement as employee will apply for the overtime request ..once it is approved then element entry should get created in the system and it should process in payroll. System should allow to create backdated entry till 3 months.

It should check all other validations as well, how Can we achieved it? which setup will help us to achieve this requirement.
