Why the default category type for PO attachment is different based on language?

Hello,

by adding POs with attachments there is a different default value dpendent on the language settings of the user:

for German there is defaulted ´An Einkäufer´

for english there is defauted ´From supplier ´

There should be the same deafult value independent on language settings
