Unable to add Payables Agent required privileges

Summary:

We are cohort C and just received 26B in TEST environment. Trying to test Payables Agent functionality. I was able to add Permission Groups to an existing custom role, but when trying to add privileges such as: Manage Payables Document Capture or Manage Supplier Invoice Stream.

These are referenced in Access requirements, Security and Access Details section of the note.
