Hi I am unable to cancel work relationship

Summary:

Hi Experts,

User performed a Global Transfer from Kazakhstan to Malaysia, after which both work relationships were showing as active.

While attempting to cancel the work relationship, the system threw an error to assign another work relationship as primary before cancelling the work relationship

We raised an Oracle SR, ran diagnostic tests, and corrected the employee data. After that, we were able to successfully submit and complete the Cancel Work Relationship transaction.

However, even after successful completion, the employee record still exists as active, and the expected cancellation is not fully reflected.
