Infolet returns 'No record found'

Summary:

I created a custom role and need to have access to infolets. The role can see the tiles but it is returning 'No records found' for some infolets. I have added the privileges/duty roles needed for the subject areas used for the reports but the data is still not displayed.

What I found weird is that I was able to make it work before, but after we had the 26B upgrade, I cant seem to make it work. I had extracted the roles and privileges before the upgrade and added them to a new one but is no longer working.
