Ledger Agent Issues (LOV, Query Response Timeout, and Insights Not Generating)

We are testing the General Ledger Agent in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio (DEV15) and have completed all setup steps and access requirements from the Oracle documentation, including assigning the required roles and privileges.

Issue 1 – LOV Not Populating

Prompt:
"Show unposted journal activity for Account account by source for Period"

Expected:
Account and Period LOV values should be populated.

Actual:
LOV values are not displayed/populated correctly.

Issue 2 – Query Timeout

Sample Query:
"Show unposted journal activity for 63520 account by source for Apr-2026"

Expected:
Query results should be returned.

Actual:
Request times out with:
"This request timed out. Try again or narrow your criteria."
