Custom BIP Report Issue Resolved by Custom Report Template Name Change

Summary:

During UAT in , the customized **Purchase Document E-Mail Report** was not working correctly. (PO PDF notification Email's body did not come out)

Resolution:
Our customer re-uploaded 2 custom report templates below and changed the custom template names to match those in the Production environment. After that, the issue was resolved.
・PurchaseOrderEmailBodyLayout (Before) →Purchase Order E-mail Body Template (After)
・PurchaseAgreement-emailBodyLayout (Before) →Purchase Agreement E-mail Body Template (After)

After this email body started to work. My question is Communicate Purchasing Documents ESS job requires particular name syntax in layout?
