Unable to generate 'Item Shortage" functionality in 26B Version for PAR Location

in Inventory Management

Summary: I have used the oracle link https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/common/rrdem/view-item-shortages-and-remedy-warehouse-stocking-and-replenishment-issues.html to confgure the Item Shortage.

Ours is a PAR Subinventory and this functionality is not working.

attached is the configuration that was performed.

Please let me know if someone has faced this issue and was able to fix for the PAR subinventory.
