Supplier Password Reset Email Not Received After Enabling Redwood Supplier Registration.

Summary:

We are facing an issue with supplier password reset emails in Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal.

Previously, when using the Classic Supplier Registration UI, suppliers were able to receive the automated password reset email without any issues. After enabling the Redwood Supplier Registration experience, suppliers are no longer receiving the password reset email when attempting to reset their password.

To validate the issue, we disabled the Redwood UI and reverted back to the Classic UI. However, the password reset email is still not being received, even in the Classic experience where it was previously working.

We have verified that the supplier user exists and the password reset process is being initiated manually, but no email is delivered to the supplier automatically.
