How to use the Global POV set in Data Exchange System Settings while running the pipeline?

When we configure Default POV = Current Period and enable Global POV = Yes, the Integration (DLR) automatically picks up the Global POV period at runtime.

I'm looking to achieve the same behavior within a Pipeline. Specifically, I'd like the Pipeline Start Period/End Period to automatically use the current Global POV period instead of requiring a manual selection.

If anyone has identified the correct Validation Parameter Query (or another approach) that allows a Pipeline variable to inherit the Global POV/Default POV period, I'd appreciate any guidance.
