Shift Premium start at 12AM

Summary:

Client requiring Shift Premium to be calculated starting 12am if the employee started to work between 11PM to 1AM. Currently they are using UDT with this parameter and they also have WDD with start day of 00:00 and end day of 23:59.

If we set the UDT to start the shift premium at 00:00, no shift premium is calculated, but if we set the UDT with 23:59 start time, Shift premium is calculated.

What could be the issue and possible solution for this?
