How to enable account recovery using Text Message (SMS)
Summary:
We are wanting to enable Account Recovery for our HCM users that do not have email and reviewing the configuration instructions Configuring Account Recovery. We are currently configuring in our development domain for testing.
- To allow users to specify a mobile number to recover their password, select Text Message (SMS) and then select Configure to define the settings for sending a passcode as a text message (SMS) to the user.
But, we do not have an option to select 'Configure' -
If I access Profile > User Settings, the only option is the Recovery email and no ability to even add the Text Message (SMS)
