Add a new tile under Help tab without a specific link

We have a requirement to add a new tile under the Help tab without specifying a link to an URL or application page, we would like to review if this is feasible or if there are any suggested workarounds to this requirement.

Please note that this tile is to be leveraged to be used with Guided Learning, hence the link is not required for the tile. Using the Structure tool, it is required to add a link to save the changes for the new tile, could you please share if there is any workaround to achieve this.
