Unable to Find the Product Development Classic Page in Vision lab instance

Summary:

I was working on the Vision lab and noticed that I am unable to find the Product Development classic page. The Product Development tile is not available under Product Management, as shown in the screenshot.

Do you know why this page is missing? Is there a specific profile or security role that needs to be assigned to enable the Product Development (Classic) page?


Could you please let me know how to enable it?
