Oracle Notification features in the notification list

Dear Team,
 
We need to implement a solution to address the following requirements, as users are experiencing difficulty tracking the notifications they have received:
 

Requirements:
 

• Processed notifications must disappear and be removed from the pending actions count

• Notifications for pending actions (Approve, Reject) should remain persistent even when opened or dismissed

• Notifications for requesting more information must remain persistent even when opened or dismissed
