We are implementing a requirement to sync Oracle CPQ quote approval history and approval status values to Salesforce in real-time when a quote enters or progresses through the approval workflow. The goal is to allow Salesforce users to view the current approval group, individual approvers, and the complete approval journey directly within Salesforce. This will streamline our quote approval process, reduce communication overhead, and improve overall operational efficiency.
