Based on the Category the Severity should be selected by default in Help Desk Module

Requirement: Auto-Populate Severity Based on Category Selection in Create Help Desk Request Page

Business Requirement:

When the user selects a Category in the Help Desk Request creation page, the system should identify the predefined Severity mapping for that Category and automatically display the corresponding Severity value.
