We have upcoming quarterly patching and it mentions this:

Changes in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Sign In page

However, our OCI environment has not yet gone through the upgrade/change and we also do not present users with a sign in page as it defaults to SSO. For the change in above URL would this typically impact us?
