Do we need to change LLM in delivered out of the box agents?

For Oracle/Partner delivered seeded agents, do we need to change the LLM from default model (GPT-4.1 Mini) to Gpt Oss?
We are aware that GPT-4.1 Mini is supposed to be used and non-chargeable for seeded agents. If we want to use seeded agents as is in production, should we be changing the LLM or if we continue to use GPT-4.1 Mini would we be charged?
