Issue with Ledger Agent Prompts After 26B Patch Upgrade

Hi Team,

After applying the 26B patch upgrade, the Ledger Agent has been enabled as per the Oracle documentation, and it is correctly reflected in the Oracle UI.

However, only a few seeded prompts are working, such as:

  • Unapproved journals older than one week
  • Journals posted in a prior period

Currently, prompts related to All Accounts and Cost Centers are not functioning as expected and are throwing errors.

Is anyone else facing this issue? If you are aware of a solution or workaround, kindly share your inputs. It would be very helpful.
