Summary:
Oracle HR Help Desk search functionality to determine whether external email addresses (e.g., personal email addresses and other non-Fusion users) can be searched and retrieved when referenced within case communications. The current challenge is that external senders often appear as generic system identifiers (e.g., fusion_apps), and the search functionality does not reliably return tickets containing external email addresses embedded within email bodies.
