When user submit any Approval, it should go all the level up to the department head.

I have a requirement to configure approval routing using Position Hierarchy in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Business Requirement

We have multiple divisions in the organization. Each division has several levels of management, with a Division Director at the top of the hierarchy.

Example:

• Mark = Division Director
• Several management levels exist below Mark
• Jason = Employee reporting within Mark's division

When Jason submits a transaction requiring approval (for example, Employment Change, Document Record, etc.), the approval should route through all managers in the position hierarchy starting from Jason's hierarchy and continue through each level until it reaches the Division Director (Mark).
