HR Ops roles for AI

Hi Oracle Community,

We are currently implementing Oracle HCM AI Agents and have run into a security role gap for the HR Ops persona that I'd love to get some clarity on.

Context:
We have successfully configured AI Agent access for two personas:

• Employees — using the seeded Employee self-service role with Generative AI Employee runtime access
• Line Managers — using ORA_FAI_GENERATIVE_AI_MANAGER_JOB, which contains the Generative AI HR Manager duty role

The problem:
Several AI Agents in our deployment are scoped for HR Ops personas specifically:

• Journeys Assistant
• Employment Information Agent
• Employment Team Analyst Agent

These agents query across employee records (not just the logged-in user's own data), which requires broader data access than the standard employee role provides.
