Search Views in Learning Administration
What search views do
A search view is a system-wide configuration that controls which keyword fields, filters, and result columns appear on a Redwood search page.
A search view changes the search experience. It doesn’t change the underlying learning data.
For example, a learning administrator can use search views to make a page show the most useful filters and columns for a specific task, such as managing catalog items, reviewing learning assignments, or selecting learners during the Assign Learning flow.
Search views can help your organization:
- Make high-volume search pages easier to use
- Show the most important filters and columns by default
