poz_supp_site_requests not having an entry for Supplier Site pending approval

Summary:

we have a need to create a BI Report and list all supplier and it's sites that are pending approval on profile changes or any other changes. we try to display per site. But for a Supplier with a site PENDING APPROVAL we don't see an entry in poz_supp_site_requests. How do we filter only the sites that are Pending Approval rather than Supplier level.
