Personal Information Agent

Hi, I have a question about customising the response output of the seeded Personal Information Agent for employee self-service (protected by Oracle, tools and topics deletion, edit not possible).

Current behaviour:When an employee asks "What personal information do you have on file for me?", the agent returns the following fields:
- Name
- Person number
- Work email
- Username
- Display name language
- Locale / formatting preferences (currency, date format, number format)
- Time zone
- Home legislation / territory code
- Primary assignment number
- Assignment start date
The problem:Several of these fields have no practical value to the employee and create a cluttered, technical-looking response that is not suitable for end-user adoption. Specifically:
