Request a New Position Error: Parent Position Code is not valid when a delegate edits the approval

Summary:

When an approver who received a "Request a New Position" task by delegation edits the transaction from the notification, submitting the edit fails with "The value of the attribute Parent Position Code is not valid." This happens even though both the parent and the new position are valid and active, and the parent position code is unchanged. The error seems to only appear when the delegate is outside the requestor's management hierarchy.

Details:

• The delegate can approve the task without any issue, the error only occurs when they go through Edit.
• In the My Team flow the Parent Position is defaulted from the requestor and is hidden, so it can't be corrected in the UI.
