Upload rate menu in otm is not working from 26B

Hi,

Since the 26B OTM release, when users click the Upload Rate button, nothing happens and the menu does not open. The only way to access it is by right-clicking the button and opening the menu in a new window.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, do you know of any workaround or solution?
