How to track transactions that have been reassigned in Transaction Console

For audit purposes we need to be able to track/report on transactions that have been reassigned. I do not see any option in the Transaction Console to search for transactions that have been reassigned. I know there is a table to query but there is another issue with that table not containing all the transactions and we have an SR open for that issue so I am hoping there is another way to track transactions that have been reassigned.
