restrict sharing teamskills

Summary:
When a manager is in the team skillscenter they have the option to just copy the URL of their teams skill overview and share this with another manager. If that 2nd manager just paste the URL in the browser, they have access to the team skills of manager 1. I can imagine this to be a helpful tool if teams want to exchange skillsets, however we would like to restrict this access for now. Is there a way to restrict the talent/skill data to the manager hierarchy?
