Add or Remove Fields from Primary Contact and Employee Pickers for Case Pages
Hello people!
As per the new 26B feature for Case Management about Add or Remove Fields from Primary Contact and Employee Pickers for Case Pages - can we add new columns? Because customer wants to display some other columns as well for Primary Contact field while creating Case. Here are the columns that they have requested:
- active/inactive
- manager
- worker number
- person type/ worker type (e.g. contingent worker)
- department
Please let me know if these columns can also be added.
