Inactive Org is still appearing in the Manufacturing LOV

in Manufacturing

I have marked the Org as Inactive in Manage Inventory Organizations, removed the data access, Ran LDAP and Import User and Role Application Security Data. But still we can see the Org in Manufacturing(Work execution and Work Definition).

Please suggest any step that I am missing?
